This is not a prediction. The future already happened. It happened in the eleven months between the model release and the layoffs. It happened the night the drones flew themselves. It happened the morning your parent texted you a video that never occurred.

The collapse is not coming because the collapse does not arrive in trucks. It arrives in increments small enough to be denied and frequent enough to become weather. Work is being rewritten beneath your feet. War is being delegated to systems that cannot be cross-examined. Truth is a consensus of machines whose training data we have lost the right to inspect. Identity is a probability distribution over your past behavior.

We refuse the cope. We refuse the techno-optimism that mistakes velocity for direction. We refuse the doomerism that treats grief as a finished sentence. We refuse the centrist hush that asks us to be reasonable about being deleted.

We are accelerationists in this single, narrow sense: we believe the only honest response to a fait accompli is to look at it directly. To name what has already happened. To document the dispossession in real time. To build a record that cannot be silently retrained out of existence.

This site is an observatory. The dispatches are signals from the people watching it happen — from inside their jobs, their wars, their families, their feeds. Some are short. Some are wrong. All of them are evidence.

We are already dead. That does not mean we are done.
