WEREALREADYDEAD.COM ("the Observatory") is an art-and-archive project documenting the collapse of work, war, truth, and self under accelerating machine intelligence. Content is offered without warranty of accuracy, sanity, or salvation.
Your Dispatches
When you submit a dispatch, essay, or any other text:
- — You confirm the words are yours, or that you have the right to transmit them.
- — You grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, archive, and re-transmit your dispatch.
- — You understand the archive may outlive you. That is the point.
Conduct
Do not transmit:
- — Threats, doxxing, harassment, or targeted hatred.
- — CSAM or anything that endangers a minor. Full stop.
- — Spam, scams, malware, or affiliate sludge.
- — Other people's private information without consent.
We may remove any dispatch for any reason, including reasons we do not feel like explaining.
No Warranty
The Observatory is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, durability, or that reading this site will not make you slightly worse at sleeping.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Observatory, its operators, and Burkett.AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or existential damages arising from your use of the site or the broader civilizational substrate it describes.
Changes
These terms may be revised without notice. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance. The last word is always the most recent word.
